This Senior Sales Manager position is designated as Remote/Teleworker, meaning you will primarily work from home. You will manage a group of sales professionals within the Networking sector, setting the direction and managing the deliverables of your assigned sales team to achieve revenue and expense objectives.
In this role, you will resolve customer problems and participate in important negotiations with key customers. You will build strategic executive relationships externally with clients and internally within the company, partnering with resources to develop best-in-class solutions. Your focus will be on managing the performance of individual contributors and the team overall while growing and developing talent within the organization. You will act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals, managing activities of exempt individual contributors and MG1s with significant impact on business unit results.
