About the Role

We are seeking a New Business Development Manager to act as a high-impact individual contributor responsible for driving net-new client acquisition and expanding Trianz's footprint within targeted industries. This role is designed for a self-starter with strong client acquisition skills who can prospect, qualify, and convert new clients into long-term relationships through consultative and value-led engagements.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined seller with a strong network, a deep understanding of digital and IT services, and a proven record of converting prospects into large recurring revenue clients. You will partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and practice leaders to frame relevant solutions and lead high-impact conversations with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders. This position offers the unique opportunity to combine startup agility with enterprise impact, allowing you to lead the charge in implementing AI-driven transformation at scale while working on Fortune 500 strategies.
