The Inside Territory Account Manager (ITAM) serves as a strategic partner to the SMB team, managing an assigned territory to drive growth within the networking and security technology sectors. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, bridging the gap between prospects, customers, and Fortinet's internal teams.
You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive account plans that span the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting to building a robust, constant revenue pipeline. Your day-to-day involves driving sales cycles to closure while establishing credibility and strong relationships. You will act as a vital liaison between partners, customers, and Fortinet team members, providing necessary presales support and managing customer presentations and demos via online tools.
Success in this position requires close collaboration with Channel Teams and the reseller partner network to unlock deals and increase revenue.
