About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business/Account Management to lead and scale Vibrint's Intelligence Community (IC) and Defense business. This role focuses on deepening and expanding our customer footprint across agencies such as the NGA, NRO, DoD, and other federal organizations.
In this position, you will identify, shape, qualify, and execute business development opportunities through extensive customer, industry, and partner outreach. You will lead and support the development of proposals, RFIs, and white papers while building targeted customer engagement plans. Working closely with Vibrint business units and technology leaders, you will strengthen our Services and Solutions offerings, ensuring our value propositions align with mission and enterprise priorities in areas like enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, analytics, and high-performance computing (HPC).

- check_circleCoordinate with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive account growth
- check_circleBuild strategic partnerships and alliances within customer and industry communities
- check_circleConduct market analysis to identify whitespace, competitor positioning, and growth opportunities
- check_circleDefine value propositions and produce go-to-market assets such as white papers and demos
- check_circlePartner with technology leaders to strengthen solution offerings and align R&D with customer demand
- check_circleRecommend product and service efficiencies to improve revenue, margin, and resource productivity
- check_circleLead proposal, RFI, and white paper response development for federal contracts
Requirements
- verified10+ years in DoD/IC growth, capture, and consultative solution sales
- verified8+ years of leadership experience
- verifiedActive TS/SCI clearance
- verifiedAbility to obtain a polygraph
- verifiedBachelor's degree in a technical field
