Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and expand strategic post-sale relationships with enterprise insurance carrier clients
- check_circleLead Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews to align on performance and priorities
- check_circleDevelop and execute customer success plans to accelerate onboarding and increase product adoption
- check_circleDrive revenue expansion by identifying new users, locations, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- check_circleIdentify and qualify cross-sell opportunities in partnership with field sales teams
- check_circleMaintain CRM discipline and deliver executive-level performance summaries for internal leadership
- check_circleProactively monitor account health indicators to mitigate churn risk and protect revenue retention
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- verifiedMinimum 5+ years in enterprise account management, customer growth, or strategic client-facing roles
- verifiedExperience working with insurance carriers, legal services, or claims-related industries preferred
- verifiedStrong analytical and operating rigor
- verifiedComfortable with GRR/NRR concepts, pipeline metrics, and CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred)
- verifiedNot eligible for employment sponsorship
