About the Role

The Account Executive is a quota-carrying position dedicated to selling and expanding OEM agreements for Strategy's Mosaic platform. This role is designed to support and extend the broader sales organization by specializing in OEM commercial execution. You will work alongside field Account Executives to structure, negotiate, and close OEM deals, while simultaneously owning a dedicated pipeline of OEM-led opportunities.

Success in this position is measured by OEM revenue generation, deal quality, and the ability to execute repeatable OEM commercial models. You will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for embedded and platform-based software deals, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with the company's pricing and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleProspect, qualify, and close OEM opportunities

  • check_circleMaintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
  • check_circlePartner with Sales Engineering to align technical requirements with commercial terms
  • check_circleProvide customer feedback to refine pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • check_circleCollaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations to execute deals

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • verified5–8 years of experience in enterprise software sales or commercial roles
  • verifiedExperience supporting or closing OEM, embedded, or platform-based software deals
  • verifiedComfort with SalesForce

Nice to Have

Experience selling analytics, BI, data platforms, or enterprise software. Exposure to usage-based, consumption-based, or platform licensing models. Experience working in an Inside / hybrid sales environment. Additional experience with Cloud, Mobile, Big Data, Hadoop, or Social Media. Comfort with SalesForce.
