We are seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share, and profit growth for a regional territory covering Elevate and Genflex. This role is designed for a people-first leader ready to drive strategic sales plans and foster a strong sales force consisting of independent representatives or Territory Sales Managers. You will partner closely with the Sr. Sales Director, VP of Sales, Regional Account Managers, and Strategic Account Managers to achieve annual revenue and margin goals.
In this position, you will integrate company strategic initiatives with independent sales representatives, assessing local sales channels by monitoring contractors, services, pricing, competitors, and market positioning. You will provide sales call assistance, help draft business development plans for each territory, and ensure your team has the necessary data, support, and training to succeed. The role involves active participation in management meetings, regional sales meetings, and the closure of large jobs to convert strategic customers. Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) is critical for tracking projects and providing accurate forecasting.
