About the Role

The Enterprise Strategic Account Manager serves as the primary owner of a defined portfolio of named enterprise accounts, driving the full lifecycle of revenue growth, retention, and expansion. This position is designed for a high-performing sales leader who thrives on building deep, executive-level relationships and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

In this role, you will partner directly with C-suite, VP, and Director-level buyers to uncover strategic opportunities, negotiate multi-year contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding and renewal. Success is defined not just by hitting aggressive quota targets, but by maintaining high retention rates, ensuring forecast accuracy, and acting as a trusted advisor who bridges the gap between sales execution and long-term customer value.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and high-stakes execution. You will lead executive discovery sessions to align our solutions with your accounts' long-term goals, manage complex deal governance involving legal and procurement teams, and collaborate closely with Customer Success to drive ROI realization. Beyond the transaction, you will act as an internal subject-matter expert, shaping sales strategy and mentoring team members to elevate the entire enterprise sales function.
