We are seeking a Regional Business Manager who is ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride. This role is designed to help our partners and team succeed while driving growth for Elevate and Genflex in the Southwest region, covering key markets in California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
In this position, you will lead the division's revenue, market share, and profit growth. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, goals, and incentives to foster a strong sales force consisting of independent representatives or Territory Sales Managers. You will work closely with the Sr. Sales Director, Vice President of Sales, Regional Account Managers, and Strategic Account Managers to reach annual revenue and contribution margin goals. Your day-to-day involves integrating company strategic initiatives with independent sales representatives, assessing local sales channels, and providing sales call assistance. You will ensure your team has the necessary resources, data, and training to succeed, while actively participating in the closure of large jobs and the conversion of strategic customers.
