About the Role

This Program Manager role is designed to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects within our transportation network. You will serve as a network-level Subject Matter Expert on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), driving global standards roll-out and supporting network initiatives. Your work will involve scoping projects, creating plans, developing processes, and coordinating execution while communicating status, risks, and changes to senior management.

In this data-driven environment, you will analyze and improve forecasting for preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective. You will compile equipment performance metrics and machine histories to make recommendations for improvements across the entire network, working closely with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network on cost reduction and process improvements for spare parts management.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be a blend of deep technical analysis and high-level stakeholder management. You will act as a key user for the CMMS, driving programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, and reports. You will train and assist local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planners, ensuring standards are implemented through rigorous reporting and audits. Expect to travel up to 50% to support cross-country initiatives and engage with diverse teams to drive end-to-end delivery.
