This position is designed for a network-level Subject Matter Expert who will own the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and drive global standards roll-out across cross-country initiatives. You will be responsible for scoping projects, creating detailed plans, and developing processes to coordinate execution. A key part of your day involves analyzing preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective, while compiling performance metrics and machine histories to recommend network-wide improvements.
You will serve as a key user for the CMMS, driving programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, and reports. Your work will directly support the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network on cost reduction and process improvements for spare parts management. Success in this role requires the ability to communicate status, risks, and process changes to senior management and present to executives. While the role can sit in any US location, it includes the potential for travel up to 50% to support local planning and network initiatives.
