About the Role

This position is designed for a network-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will own the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and drive global standards roll-out. You will be responsible for scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, and coordinating execution while communicating status, risks, and changes to senior management. Your day-to-day involves training and assisting local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planners, monitoring standards implementation through reporting and audits, and driving programs to roll out new CMMS functionality, procedures, and reports.

You will analyze and improve forecasting for preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective. By compiling equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories, you will make recommendations for improvements to the entire network. This role requires significant collaboration with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network to drive cost reduction and process improvements in spare parts management and maintenance routines. While the role has the potential to sit in any US location, it requires the ability to travel up to 50%.
