About the Role

As the CMMS Specialist, you will be the guardian of the data that keeps our facilities running. In this role, you will administer, maintain, and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support facilities, infrastructure, and mission systems within a highly secure environment. Your work ensures accurate asset data, reliable preventive maintenance execution, and strict compliance with Intelligence Community, federal, and agency-specific requirements.

You will serve as a vital bridge between technical systems and operational teams, working closely with facilities engineering, operations, logistics, and security groups. Your day-to-day involves configuring asset hierarchies, managing work orders and preventive maintenance schedules, and developing performance metrics to drive efficiency. You will also play a key role in system upgrades, integrations with enterprise systems, and ensuring all CMMS operations align with rigorous cybersecurity and information assurance standards.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this position must possess an active Top Secret SCI with CI Poly clearance. The interview process will include a review of your technical expertise in CMMS platforms and your ability to navigate classified environments. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of federal facilities standards and the ability to work effectively in high-security settings.
