About the Role
This position is designed for a network-level Subject Matter Expert to own the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and drive global standards roll-out across cross-country initiatives. You will serve as a key user, leading programs to implement new functionality, procedures, scheduling, and reports while monitoring standards through reporting and audits. The role requires scoping projects, creating plans, and coordinating execution to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective. You will analyze forecasting for preventative maintenance, compile performance metrics, and collaborate with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network to drive cost reduction and process improvements for spare parts management. This role involves significant travel (up to 50%) and requires the ability to communicate status, risks, and changes to senior management.
