Senior Reinsurance Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned reinsurance professional to support the structuring, execution, and operational management of captive and program reinsurance arrangements. In this role, you will represent the carrier side of transactions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of reinsurance programs.

You will serve as a central point of contact for brokers, captive managers, reinsurers, and other external stakeholders, ensuring smooth program execution and alignment on key requirements. Your day-to-day involves reviewing and interpreting reinsurance agreements to ensure proper implementation and system setup, while managing complex collateral processes including calculating required amounts and verifying compliance with contract language.

As a proactive team member, you will partner with underwriting, legal, finance, and actuarial teams to support transaction setup and issue resolution. You will also play a key role in supporting regulatory examinations and audits, acting as the primary liaison for documentation and clarifications. This position offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and participate in special projects that enhance our reinsurance accounting systems.
