About the Role
We are seeking a Client Service Manager - Accounting to join our Captives team. This position serves as a consulting, advisory, and managerial role responsible for the daily management and accounting functions of a portfolio of clients, including insurance entities, captives, and reinsurance pools. You will provide financial monitoring and control while ensuring regulatory compliance, acting as a key partner to clients, prospects, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDiscuss regulatory updates with clients and provide technical advisory on insurance matters
- check_circleEstablish and maintain working relationships with clients, prospects, service providers, and regulators
- check_circlePrepare and perform technical reviews of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS
- check_circleExecute reviews of financial statements for insurance entities, captives, and reinsurance pools
- check_circleManage financial audit processes with auditors while adhering to client deadlines and regulatory reporting
- check_circleEnsure all financial aspects of client portfolios are efficiently managed and monitored
Requirements
- verifiedExperience in financial reporting under GAAP or IFRS
- verifiedExperience in the insurance regulatory environment
- verifiedExperience in Account Management and/or Client Services
- verifiedInternationally recognized professional accounting designation (CA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) preferred
Nice to Have
Familiarity with captive policy structures and captive tax issues. An internationally recognized professional accounting designation, such as CA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
