Located in our Parsippany, NJ office, the IAA team operates as a global function within Zurich Investment Management.
At IAA, expertise and quality are the foundations of everything we do. As the investment landscape grows more complex and technology rapidly evolves, we rely on deep technical competence, strong analytical capability, and a commitment to excellence to deliver high-quality outcomes. Our thorough understanding of investment processes, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks enables us to adapt quickly, uphold rigorous standards, and provide timely, meaningful support to our partners and stakeholders.
We are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and governance of investment accounting, valuation, and reporting activities across the organization. You will lead and oversee investment subledger activities, ensuring accurate configuration and operation of system processes while executing and reviewing monthly close and reporting cycles. As the escalation point for complex issues, you will perform advanced reviews, interpret root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
You will apply strong knowledge of IFRS, US Statutory (NAIC), US GAAP, and US Tax principles to analyze instrument behavior, validate results, and address audit or reporting inquiries. Beyond technical execution, you will drive digitalization and automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Python, and AI agents to enhance data accuracy, timeliness, and operational productivity. You will also provide technical coaching and guidance to Associates and Senior Associates, fostering capability growth and ensuring consistent application of accounting policies and control standards across the team.
