Key Responsibilities
- check_circleIndependently execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across assigned accounting areas
- check_circleEnsure journal entries, accruals, and topside adjustments are completed accurately and in compliance with IFRS
- check_circlePerform financial statement and variance analysis to identify material movements and accounting risks
- check_circleOwn and maintain integrity of assigned balance sheet accounts through reconciliations and aging analysis
- check_circleServe as a technical accounting resource ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies
- check_circleAct as a quality control partner for Record-to-Report activities performed by Shared Services teams
- check_circleSupport internal and external audit activities including preparation of schedules and walkthroughs
- check_circleSupport process improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and reporting efficiency
- check_circlePartner with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to support accurate accounting and reporting outcomes
Requirements
- verified5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- verifiedCPA / CPA-track / CA / ACCA preferred
- verifiedExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems required
- verifiedAdvanced Excel and analytical skills required
Nice to Have
CPA / CPA-track / CA / ACCA certification. Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Blackline). Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Power Automate.
