About the Role
The Senior Accounting Analyst (Close & Balance Sheet Integrity) is a high-visibility, hands-on role within the Corporate Accounting and Controllership function. This position serves as a critical bridge between operational accounting, shared services, Business Controllers, FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and Corporate Reporting teams. You will ensure the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of the entity's financial reporting and balance sheet environment.
In this role, you will independently manage complex close activities, navigate IFRS and corporate reporting requirements, and ensure financial statements are fully supported, audit-ready, and compliant with company policies. You will act as a technical accounting resource for non-routine transactions and complex matters, proactively identifying and resolving balance sheet risks, reconciliation issues, and reporting exceptions. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking to deepen expertise in Financial Reporting and Controllership while building toward future Financial Controller responsibilities.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- verifiedExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems required
- verifiedAdvanced Excel and analytical skills required
- verifiedCPA / CPA-track / CA / ACCA preferred
Nice to Have
CPA / CPA-track / CA / ACCA certification. Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Blackline). Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Power Automate.
