Hesco Armor, a member of the PRÆSIDIAD group headquartered in London, UK, was established in 2012 and is located in Aberdeen, WA. We are a manufacturer of ballistic plate inserts, producing high-quality, technology-driven hard armor plates used to protect military and law enforcement personnel.

About the Role

This position serves as a vital member of the management team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and human resources for Hesco Armor. You will act as the primary financial steward for the US legal entity, ensuring the integrity of our operations while supporting the broader group strategy.

In this role, you will lead the month-end close process, manage daily cash and working capital, and oversee the bi-weekly payroll and tax filings. You will serve as the main point of contact for internal and external audits, driving the simplification and continuous improvement of financial processes. Beyond technical accounting, you will partner with the Group CFO to develop robust internal controls, optimize our QuickBooks accounting system, and provide financial expertise to strengthen customer and supplier relationships. You will also supervise general office management duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the Aberdeen facility.
