About the Role
Reporting into the VP of Business Finance, this is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving financial performance and ensuring effective, well-controlled financial operations within our largest AdTech Business Unit, Verve Marketplace.
Aligned with our principles for a companywide centralized Finance Operating Model, this role oversees commercial finance, financial operations, and legal entity accounting for the Business Unit. You will partner closely with Business Unit leadership to support commercial decision-making, while ensuring alignment with Group Finance standards, processes, and governance. This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our NYC office.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee commercial financial operations including revenue tracking and cost management
- check_circleDrive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
- check_circleEnsure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across systems and reporting
- check_circleOversee and support accurate and timely financial close processes in coordination with Group Finance
- check_circleEnsure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and governance standards
- check_circleAct as a key finance partner to Business Unit leadership to support strategic decision-making
- check_circleLead and develop the Business Unit finance team of 15+ members across Commercial FinOps and Accounting
- check_circlePartner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and product teams to ensure financial outcomes
Requirements
- verified10+ years of experience in finance
- verifiedACCA, ICAEW, ACA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- verifiedExperience with European local GAAP (i.e. HGB Germany)
- verifiedAbility to work hybrid in NYC office
