About the Role
We are searching for a London-based Senior Manager, Financial Control to join our Global Controlling team. This role exists to strengthen our global financial governance, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth across RLDatix.
In this position, you will lead day-to-day financial control and accounting operations globally. You will oversee the Accounting team based in Skopje, North Macedonia, and ensure the integrity of the Group's ledgers and month-end close processes to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will partner with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional finance teams to provide insight into financial performance, while building strong relationships with stakeholders globally to ensure alignment on priorities and financial governance.

Requirements
- verifiedFully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- verified3+ years of management experience
- verifiedExperience with IFRS-based reporting and multi-currency consolidations
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of ERP systems
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills
- verifiedExperience working within a PE-backed SaaS, software, or technology environment
- verifiedAbility to commute to London office 1–2 days per week
