About the Role

You will manage a steady flow of applicants across multiple locations, partnering closely with hiring leaders to ensure efficient hiring cycles.
The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy and making quick, decisive actions on large applicant pools. Success in this role comes from effectively managing inbound applicant flow rather than heavy sourcing or long-term strategy. You will be the engine moving candidates through screening, interview coordination, and offer stages, ensuring timely follow-up and strong relationships with hiring managers.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with a hybrid work model implemented after the initial training period. The role requires occasional travel for virtual hiring events, career fairs, or site visits.
