About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Benefits Administrator to serve as the backbone of our employee benefit programs. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and consultants, guiding them through their benefits journey with empathy and discretion.
Your day will involve partnering closely with vendors, payroll, and accounting teams to ensure the accuracy of deductions, billing, and plan contributions. You will play a critical role in maintaining a clear, compliant, and employee-friendly benefits experience, with a special focus on the complexity and communication required during Open Enrollment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on resolving issues, managing sensitive data, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
