As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our quality initiatives, responsible for effective communication both internally and externally. This role exists to ensure the highest standards of quality are met across multiple customer accounts, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and sub-tier suppliers.
You will work independently to manage configuration control documentation, blueprint specifications, and critical Quality Management System (QMS) processes in compliance with AS9100 and AS13100 standards. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with Engineering to handle waivers, concessions, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs). Your day-to-day involves investigating customer complaints, managing corrective actions, and serving as the internal quality representative for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a key role in continual improvement projects and may be tasked with training or coaching team members.
