At Atlantic Constructors (ACI), we build our company and our culture not by counting people, but by making our people count! Recognized as an industry leader in the Mid-Atlantic Region for over 50 years, we are dedicated to fostering a dynamic, motivated, and career-minded team.
As a Senior Project Manager (SPM) for MEP (Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection), you will serve as the team leader overseeing all aspects of planning and implementing the delivery of our commercial construction projects. Your mission is to ensure every project meets its financial goals while upholding the highest standards of quality.
In this role, you will navigate the unique personalities and challenges inherent in large-scale construction environments. You will be responsible for reviewing plans and specifications for design and constructability issues, coordinating with internal departments ranging from pre-construction to fabrication shops, and acting as the primary liaison with prime clients, architects, and engineers. Your day-to-day involves building positive morale on the project site, monitoring key metrics to ensure timely execution within budget, and developing recovery plans to address any safety, quality, or production issues.
Atlantic Constructors seeks individuals who are self-starters with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Candidates must be available to work assigned schedules and be prepared to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and any required background checks.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background and adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
