About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal leader in the development of Engineering and Operational plant projects for Medline Industries, both domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for managing and communicating project definitions, development milestones, schedules, and statuses for large-scale manufacturing and warehousing construction initiatives. From conveyor installs and pick module builds to office and clean room construction, you will guide projects from inception through to completion and operational handoff.
The role requires proactive leadership to direct Engineering and Operations teams, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as the central coordinator between internal resources and third-party business partners, securing stakeholder collaboration and managing the full lifecycle of project documentation, cost estimates, and vendor selection.

Requirements
