About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager - Logistics Startups to support startup operations for our Supply Chain Solutions division. In this role, you will manage a group of non-interrelated programs aligned to a strategic goal, ensuring they are managed to compliance and company/customer standards.

You will provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to assigned staff while developing department goals to maintain optimum efficiency. This position requires you to act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments, working on complex problems that require an in-depth evaluation of various factors. You will interact with multiple levels, including Executive Management within Ryder and client organizations, and manage a team of professional-level employees.
