As the Senior Demand Planning Manager at Honeywell, you will serve as a key driver of demand and asset planning within our vibrant manufacturing environment. Your primary mission is to ensure the development of high-quality demand forecasts that are critical for Supply Planning and Financial Forecasting. In this role, you will lead the demand planning team, instrumental in meeting customer requirements while aligning with operational business objectives.
Your day-to-day impact involves steering demand planning to new heights through meticulous executive demand plan reviews and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with the SIOP process team, Global Sales, and Business units to analyze and improve forecast accuracy at the account level globally. By presenting key performance metrics and strategic insights to leadership, you will directly influence informed decision-making and shape the future of demand planning at Honeywell.
