About the Role

As a Warehouse Lead, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring on-time shipment and receiving functions for all customer orders. This role serves as a critical bridge between leadership and the warehouse floor, responsible for coordinating and directing all department workflow. You will lead employees through their shifts, ensuring the team is set up for success to work safely and productively while serving as the primary point of escalation for daily operations.

In this position, you will anticipate and coordinate scheduling to maintain effective workflow, support monitoring of deliveries, cleaning schedules, and maintenance priorities, and train and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and Medline values. Your ability to communicate effectively with leadership and move products within the facility with accuracy and efficiency will directly contribute to improving quality, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
