Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleEnsure data completeness and reliability across claims, pharmacy, labs, and clinical sources for all markets
  • check_circleManage direct enterprise customer relationships to drive data delivery execution and resolve quality issues
  • check_circleBuild scalable integration infrastructure, playbooks, and monitoring frameworks to accelerate onboarding
  • check_circleCollaborate with data management, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure data utility for workflows
  • check_circleLeverage AI to automate data validation, triage quality issues, and scale data operations
  • check_circleManage multiple concurrent customer integrations while prioritizing tasks and maintaining portfolio momentum

Requirements

  • verified6-8+ years of product management experience
  • verifiedExperience owning outcomes in healthcare data, integration platforms, or clinical data operations
  • verifiedDeep working knowledge of healthcare data (claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider networks, medical records)
