The Analytics Manager serves as a strategic bridge between data architecture and business stakeholders, taking full ownership of the planning, analysis, documentation, and execution of complex operational data requests. In this role, you will lead the team in setting examples for productivity, progressive thinking, efficiency, collaboration, and professionalism.
Your day-to-day involves managing the end-to-end delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to business partners. You will oversee data migration projects, transitioning legacy systems to modern cloud architectures while ensuring minimal business disruption. As a leader, you will delegate reporting responsibilities, coach team members on new processes, and foster a collaborative environment where employees can make the most of their learning opportunities. You will also act as a liaison between the business and technology, ensuring that client requests are effectively translated into technical capabilities.
