In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with developers and subject matter experts to define scope, identify risks, and establish mitigation strategies. Your work ensures that proposal teams have the technical depth and data-driven insights needed to win opportunities and deliver value. From guiding writers to reviewing content, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical narrative of our solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Telecommunications, Technical Communications or related field
- verified5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- verified4+ years of experience analyzing technical requirements
- verifiedUnderstanding of public cloud and private cloud IaaS, PaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS and SaaS
- verifiedKnowledge of contact center skills including ACD, IVR, NLP, automated dialers, queuing, skilling, VoIP, DID, TFN, DNIS, call recording and screen recording
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook
Nice to Have
Experience with Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect.
