The Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst serves as a business and technical expert within the QNXT platform, responsible for the analysis, design, build, and validation of complex benefit configurations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate claims adjudication and regulatory compliance.
You will partner closely with Product, Compliance, IT, Network, and Claims teams to implement benefit plans accurately and in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements. As a key member of the team, you will support new plan implementations, annual updates, and ongoing configuration maintenance. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert on benefit build logic and configuration architecture while providing mentorship to junior analysts.
This position is fully remote. Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) for data validation and troubleshooting. Experience with CMT and QCS tools for version management, configuration migrations, and build monitoring. Familiarity with implementation methodologies for new products or market launches. Knowledge of healthcare claims lifecycle, pricing, and accumulators. Lean Six Sigma or process improvement background.
