Minimum of 5 years' experience in training development or demonstrated capability to develop training using industry best practices. Experience designing multi-discipline technical training (mechanical/hydraulic, electrical, and software). Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and practices for land and offshore drilling operations. Proficiency in Office, Access, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Certifications in training development and/or competence management best practices. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
