About the Role

Join our well-intervention team as a Winch Operator. In this role, you will work alongside snubbing and hydraulic workover specialists to execute critical operations in the Gulf of Mexico and on Texas land-based job sites. You will be responsible for operating the CB winch during pipe-tripping operations across all tubular sizes, assisting with rig-up and rig-down procedures, and performing ground operations during pipe rack activities.

You will also perform essential maintenance duties, including lubricating and fueling equipment, and ensure all winch packages are fully inspected and function-tested.

Working Conditions & Schedule

Project locations are primarily in the Gulf of Mexico and Texas land-based sites. The role involves working in all types of environmental and extreme weather conditions, often from varying heights and with high-pressure equipment. Protective equipment and H2S respirators are required when necessary. ISS provides lodging, meal subsidies, and rotating schedules based on the assigned project.
