About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in leading crews, enjoys hands-on work, and is passionate about the green industry. As a Foreman, you will play a key role in bringing our projects to life by leading a crew on-site to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your day will involve laying out projects and guiding the team through complex installations, including walkways, patios, natural stone walls, bluestone, pavers, and segmented walls. You will also operate various equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and saws, while maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our vehicles and tools.
