About the Role

As a Model-Based Senior Principal Systems Engineer Engagements Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will drive the implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions at Raytheon. You will collaborate with Systems Engineering solution development teams to implement Model Based Engineering (MBE) capabilities and practices as part of the standard Raytheon Digital Engineering Ecosystem.

This role requires a strong background in hardware product development combined with deep experience in MBSE, MBE, and Model-Based Product Line Engineering (MBPLE). You will be responsible for driving systems engineering processes, creating and validating MBSE models (including stakeholder needs, behavioral and structural diagrams, and measures of effectiveness), and supporting the development of connectivity between MBSE tools and other hardware design/analysis tools. Additionally, you will lead tool and environment integrations, develop specifications and interface descriptions, execute trade studies, and share best practices by mentoring and training others.

This is an onsite position located in Tewksbury, MA, Marlborough, MA, Woburn, MA, or Aurora, CO.
