As a Systems Engineer within our National Security-related Segment, you will apply your systems engineering expertise to deliver model-based engineering solutions across multiple programs. Your thought leadership will drive the creation of digital threads for Department of War systems using multiple requirements management, model-based design, and product lifecycle tools. You will be heavily involved in the creation and review of model-based engineering products. Your expertise will be applied to model-based systems engineering teams through the implementation of engineering practices and development and review of systems engineering artifacts.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience with systems engineering in aerospace, missile defense, or space industry
- verifiedExperience with MBSE tools (Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, Rhapsody) and UAF or DoDAF
- verifiedExperience developing or analyzing system architectures and CONOPS
- verifiedExperience contributing to major product design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- verifiedExperience with interface definition and configuration management
- verifiedKnowledge of system safety and system security engineering fundamentals
- verifiedAbility to conduct requirements development and manage traceability
- verifiedSecret clearance
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Technology
Nice to Have
Experience with missile‑tracking sensors, orbital analysis, or interceptor‑support data products. Experience integrating multi‑segment systems, such as space, ground, or communications. Experience supporting classified government programs. Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead small technical teams. Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
