Cushman & Wakefield Services (CWS) is a leading global provider of commercial real estate services. Within CWS, the self-perform maintenance and janitorial operations group is dedicated to delivering high-quality, standardized services across the United States. The team focuses on modernizing how frontline work is executed, ensuring operational visibility, and driving client transparency through a unified digital ecosystem.
The Senior Digital Experience Product Manager serves as the strategic architect for CWS's standardized digital applications ecosystem. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex operational needs and scalable technology solutions, defining the digital foundation that empowers frontline teams and enhances client relationships.
You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of tools that support maintenance and janitorial services nationwide. Your mission is to align technology capabilities with business priorities to ensure solutions are not only functional but also commercially viable, repeatable, and scalable. The day-to-day involves driving alignment across technology, operations, and commercial teams to rationalize overlapping tools and converge on a cohesive platform. You will act as a Product Subject Matter Expert, translating digital capabilities into clear value propositions for client engagements and supporting pursuit teams during RFPs.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess product strategy, operational understanding, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by deeper discussions on product vision and execution, and concludes with stakeholder alignment interviews.
