This position aligns with Industry X's Manufacturing & Operations practice, where professionals help clients achieve their digital transformation ambitions across the full lifecycle of their assets. You will support the delivery of industrial and automotive reinvention, focusing on realizing complex, large-scale manufacturing engineering initiatives. This includes the transformation of large brownfield plants, the design of greenfield plants, and preparation for new product launches.
The role leverages next-generation production methods that utilize AI, IoT, automation, wearables, and predictive analytics to enable multi-site plant optimization. You will manage projects or workstreams end-to-end, adapting to evolving client priorities while leading diverse, global Accenture teams. A key focus is the automation and transformation of material flow inside industrial and automotive plants, ensuring increased production reliability, product quality, worker safety, and sustainable operations.
In this role, you will build and apply industry, functional, and technical knowledge to support client conversations and solution development. You will establish strong client relationships at the manager, director, and senior director levels through clear communication and structured problem-solving. The work involves collaborating across the Accenture Supply Chain & Engineering team to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions spanning manufacturing operations, platforms, and supply chain.
You will also contribute to manufacturing-focused thought leadership, including client-ready materials and case examples related to manufacturing transformation. The work may encompass business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma transformation, asset reliability management, production planning, quality management, and workflow automation. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
