This position aligns with Industry X's Manufacturing & Operations practice. Professionals in this space help clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. By leveraging domain expertise across consulting and technology, we unlock new sources of operational and capital efficiency.
You will lead and support the delivery of industrial and automotive reinvention initiatives, focusing on complex, large-scale manufacturing engineering projects. This includes the transformation of large brownfield plants, the design of greenfield facilities, and preparation for new product launches. A key focus of this role is the automation and transformation of material flow within industrial and automotive plants, involving the design and implementation of material delivery routes, simulations, and the deployment of automated mobile robots (AMRs).
In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, adapting to evolving client priorities while building strong relationships at the manager, director, and senior director levels. You will coordinate diverse, global teams, leveraging AI and digital tools to improve delivery effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to manufacturing-focused thought leadership, develop awareness of the industrial and automotive ecosystem, and support the evolution of Accenture's Manufacturing reinvention offerings.
The work may involve business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma transformation, asset reliability management, production planning, and workflow automation. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
