We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to play a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of embedded software for cutting-edge Telematics and IoT-enabled HVAC solutions. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, firmware, and software domains to deliver innovative, reliable, and connected products. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex hardware constraints and the digital advancements required for a sustainable future.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday, work is onsite with your colleagues, while Fridays offer flexibility to choose your work location based on your specific work requirements.

Master's degree. Exposure to over-the-air (OTA) updates and remote device management. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated test frameworks. Experience developing connected products for telematics, HVAC, automotive, or industrial IoT applications. Familiarity with cybersecurity practices for embedded platforms. Direct participation in Scrum teams. Professional certifications in embedded software or wireless technologies.
