In this role, you will manage start-ups, local inventories, and RMA procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction with company service and system performance. You will be responsible for forecasting financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses, including start-ups, warranties, and service agreements.
As a leader within the team, you will interview, hire, and train customer engineers to support regional business. You will foster employee satisfaction by communicating business progress, setting goals, and establishing training and career development plans. Additionally, you will ensure appropriate safety practices, spot and develop managerial talent, and promote quality improvement processes to reduce cycle time and drive continuous technical performance.
