Our Electronic Protection team consists of systems engineers and sensor architects working in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products for major clients, including the Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds to drive the next generation of defense solutions. This role is designed for those who enjoy technical challenges that require thinking outside the box and thrive in a collaborative environment with motivated engineers.
In this position, you will architect new designs, analyze algorithm nuances, develop novel models, and support the live testing of tactical systems. You will be responsible for developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. Your day-to-day will involve supporting integration and test activities, investigating discrepancies, and driving anomalies to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise in Electronic Protection concepts.
