We collaborate with top-tier Radar engineers across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where none currently exist. The Electronic Protection team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Electronic Protection solutions, staying ahead of adversaries in the ever-evolving game of Electronic Warfare.
Our team consists of systems engineers and sensor architects working in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products for major clients, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds in the world. This role is designed for those seeking the challenge of a lifetime, where hard work is the fun part. You will engage in a collaborative environment, working with motivated engineers to architect new designs and dig into the nuances of algorithm performance.
Your day-to-day will involve developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess system performance, and writing verification plans and test procedures with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical anomalies to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
