About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to play a pivotal role within our National Branch Network. This position is designed for growth-oriented professionals who lead with advice to acquire and deepen relationships through meaningful discovery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for affluent customers and those with complex financial needs, translating customer goals into comprehensive financial strategies.

In this role, you will own and actively grow a defined book of business, leveraging goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight to deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. Beyond strategic planning, you will help customers with everyday banking needs, ensuring a seamless experience that makes it easier for them to manage their banking with confidence. Success is driven by strong relationship acumen, proactive customer engagement, and seamless collaboration with internal partners across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking.

Hiring Process & Requirements

This is a temporary position (Senior Branch Premier Banker LP) until you successfully complete licensing requirements and SAFE registration. Upon successful completion, you will transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. If hired into the LP role and not fully licensed, you will participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program.

Licensing & Compliance This role requires active FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or recognized equivalents) and State Insurance license(s), which must be completed within a designated timeframe. Depending on your state of hire, a FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) examination may also be required. Obtaining and maintaining these licenses is necessary for continued employment. Additionally, this role requires meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process once an offer is accepted.

Work Schedule This position requires a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
