About the Role
As a Senior Planning Product Manager for Poly Video, you will lead the discovery, feasibility, and definition phases for new Unified Communications experiences. This role is defined by an obsession with understanding the customer, their workflows, and their pain points to bring customer-centric innovation to the portfolio.
You will serve as a strategic advisor to executive management and key stakeholders, shaping the future of communications technology. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support—to ensure product success. You will act as a subject matter expert, advising internal, partner, and customer teams on market needs while providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Decisions made in this role will have organizational impacts spanning multiple years, requiring you to operate within HP's most complex disciplines and lead large, cross-division functional teams.
