As the Brand and Content Manager at GHP, you will serve as the creative engine driving our retention and conversion goals. This role is designed to unify our brand voice across every touchpoint, transforming complex property experiences into compelling narratives that resonate with residents and prospects alike.
You will lead the end-to-end content lifecycle, from strategic concept and writing to editing and publishing across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital signage. Beyond creation, you will act as a strategic partner to the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager, shaping the user journey for mobile and online experiences and ensuring our digital assets reflect the high standards of our properties.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on production and high-level oversight. You will direct video content, manage external agencies and vendors, and optimize our presence on platforms ranging from Meta and Google to emerging channels like WeChat and LinkedIn. By analyzing market trends and leveraging data-driven SEO strategies, you will ensure GHP remains a thought leader in the industry while driving tangible growth.
