About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to serve as a bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within our Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite. This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a hands-on development environment while maintaining a deep functional understanding of critical financial applications.
In this role, you will be instrumental across the full application lifecycle. From initial requirements gathering and technical design to development, customization, upgrades, and production support, you will ensure the stability and scalability of our enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, troubleshoot complex issues across development and production environments, and drive performance tuning for SQL queries and batch processes.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a multi-stage evaluation designed to assess both technical depth and cultural fit. The process includes:
- Initial screening to verify core PeopleSoft FSCM experience.
- Technical deep-dive focusing on PeopleCode, Application Engine, and integration patterns.
- Functional scenario discussion to evaluate problem-solving within the GL, AP, and AR domains.
- Final interview with the hiring team to discuss team dynamics and project vision.

Requirements
- verified10+ years PeopleSoft technical development experience
- verified7+ years in FSCM modules

Nice to Have
Experience with Fluid UI, Pivot Grids, and WorkCenters. Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). Experience integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
